Can I return my online purchase to a retail location?
You may return items at one of our store locations to receive store credit. Please note that Gift Cards issued in-store are not transferable to our online store, even if the original purchase was made online. In addition, Fashion Nova Men's clothing cannot be returned in stores. Any Fashion Nova men's clothing will have to be returned by mail.
Note: Returns made after 30 days for online purchases at our retail locations are prohibited.

If you are unhappy with your purchase or would like to return your items, please send your item(s) back to our Distribution Center in accordance with our Online Return Policy.
NOTE: All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Fashion Nova E-Gift Card. All items with prices ending in $ .00, .96, .97, and .98 are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned for store credit.

- Fashion Nova reserves the right to apply a 50% restocking fee for Final Sale or stale items.
- Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are received at our Distribution Center.
- Fashion Nova does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. (Note: If such items are not reported in a timely fashion, we will not issue store credit. Please email info@fashionnova.com for assistance.)
- Return packages must include a completed return request form and original packing slip to ensure processing. (Note: If the return request form is not filled out correctly, your return may experience delays in processing. You may use the return request form included in your original packaging or download and print this form.)
- Return drop-offs are not accepted at our Distribution Center or corporate office.
Additional notes: Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several days to reach us. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Fashion Nova will not issue store credit for your returns. Once your return is fully processed, we will issue you store credit in the form of a Fashion Nova E-Gift Card for use on a future purchase. E-Gift Cards never expire, and are redeemable right away!
Helpful Hint: if returning by mail, we suggest using USPS flat rate shipping for convenience (you can find information on flat rate shipping via USPS.com or by clicking here). You will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items and shipping charges must be prepaid.

How long does the returns process take?
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are received at our Distribution Center. Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several days to reach us. Please keep the return tracking number for your records.
Once your return has been processed, you will be issued store credit in the form of a Fashion Nova E-Gift Card. The E-Gift Card will be sent to the email used to purchase your order.
Note: If you are still waiting to receive store credit for your return(s), please email info@fashionnova.com with your Order Number and proof of postage or return tracking number.
Can I exchange an item?
Presently, we are unable to accommodate exchanges by mail. Instead, we welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Easy Returns policy and repurchase the item(s) in your desired size or style once your store credit is issued.
In addition, we do not accommodate exchanges for purchases made in-store as we cannot guarantee the item purchased will be in-stock in the size or style desired. We currently only offer in-store credit for returns made in-store. In-store credit is not transferable and can only be used at one of our store locations.

Do you provide return shipping labels?
We currently do not provide pre-paid return shipping labels.
I received my order but my item is defective, incorrect, or missing. What do I do?
We know how frustrating this can be. Rest assured, we want to make every order perfect for our #NovaBabes!
Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items. Should you receive an item that is defective, incorrect, or you believe that you are missing an item: please email info@fashionnova.com within 2 business days of delivery. Depending on the circumstance, we may be able to extend this timeframe up to 5 business days; please report your item as soon as possible for assessment.
Include a photo and description of the issue along with your Order Number to ensure a speedy resolution. We will work with you to correct the order as quickly as possible so that you can show off your #NovaStyle!
I am an international customer and I want to return an item.

My shoes do not fit, and I want to return them.

We accept shoe returns up to 30 days after delivery of your order so long as the shoes are unworn, show no signs of wear, and are returned in their original packaging along with the original packing slip. Complete a returns request form (included in your original packaging or by downloading and printing this form), and include it in your return package.

My package is being returned to Fashion Nova, what do I do now?
If your package does not successfully deliver and is sent back to Fashion Nova, it is typically due to insufficient address information. Your package will be returned and “Returned to Sender” will be stated on your tracking information. This can happen if:
- The shipping address does not exist
- The shipping address is misspelled
- The shipping address is missing information (i.e. apt/bldg/suite number)
- The carrier is unable to safely deliver the package
- The addressee has moved
- The addressee has refused the package
Returned to sender packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card minus the initial shipping charge. We are unable to replace or reship in these instances as all returned shipments are processed by our Returns Department. Instead, please use the E-Gift Card to place a new order using the corrected address. However, please note that we do not guarantee your items will be in-stock at the time of your reorder.
Note: We are unable to make changes to orders that are placed on our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery. Fashion Nova does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
Does Fashion Nova issue refunds?
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment used on an order in the event that it is canceled.
For Out of Stock items: we issue refunds to the original form of payment used if any items on the order sell out and we are unable to replenish in a timely manner.
For Returns: we issue refunds in the form of an E-Gift Card (or store credit) to be used on future purchases. E-Gift Cards never expire and can be treated just like cash on our online store!
Note: Refunds can take up to 2-5 business days to clear and 7-10 business days for the amount to post to your account, depending on your financial institution. If you used an E-Gift Card to purchase your item(s), please reuse the E-Gift Card on your next purchase.
