Yes. You may return your online purchase at one of our store locations for store credit. Please note that returns over 30 days are prohibited.
To process a return, please follow these simple steps:
- Complete a returns request form (included in your original packaging or by downloading and printing this form).

- Depending on the shipping method selected, your return may take several days to reach us. Please allow 5-7 days to process your return once it is received into our distribution center.
Helpful Hint: We strongly suggest including a tracking number with your package, as we are not liable for those that get lost in transit.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send it back to our distribution center within 30 days of the delivery date with a completed return slip. Alternatively, you can return the items in person to one of our store locations. All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached. We are happy to issue you a refund in the form of a Fashion Nova E-Gift Card for use on a future purchase. E-Gift Cards never expire! If you choose to make a return at one of our locations, you will receive a store credit to use in-store. Please keep in mind that Gift Cards issued in-store must be used on an in-store purchase and are not transferable to our online store, even if the original purchase was made online. Helpful Hint: if returning by mail, we suggest using USPS flat rate shipping for convenience (you can find information on flat rate shipping HERE). You will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items and shipping charges must be prepaid.
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are received into our distribution center. Once your return has been processed, you will be issued an online store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card via email. Please keep your return tracking number for your records.
Because we can't ensure our #NovaBabes will be issued the style/size they desire by the time their returned items come back to the distribution center, we are unable to accommodate exchanges by mail. However, we will gladly accept exchanges at our stores as applicable.
We currently do not provide pre-paid return shipping labels.
We know how frustrating this can be and always want to make sure every order is perfect! Once you receive your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items immediately. If you believe an item is missing/defective/not part of your order, please contact our Customer Care Team within two days of receipt and let us know. We will work with you to correct the order as quickly as possible so that you can show off your #NovaStyle!
To avoid unnecessary and potentially costly return shipping, please contact us our Customer Care Team before returning an item. There are special circumstances that may limit our ability to accept or process a return from an international location, however, we will do our best to accommodate your return request. Please note that we are not responsible for returns until they reach our distribution center in Los Angeles, CA.
*If you are returning a damaged item and fail to contact us prior to making an international return, please note that the maximum credit for return shipping is $10.00 USD, regardless of actual charges incurred.
No worries, we will accept shoe returns up to 30 days after purchase, as long as the shoes are unworn, in their original packaging, with the original packing slip included. Shoe returns are subject to all standard returns policies and procedures.
All packages returned to us due to an invalid address will be restocked and you will be issued an E-Gift Card minus the initial shipping charge. We are unable to reship an order as all returned shipments are processed by our Returns Department. You can use the E-Gift Card to place an additional order to the corrected address; however we do not guarantee that items will be in-stock at the time of your reorder.
We offer store credit via an E-Gift Card instead. Please treat E-Gift Cards like cash.
