I CREATED A RETURN LABEL USING THE ONLINE RETURNS PORTAL. HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
We know how important it is for our NovaFam to know exactly when their return reaches Fashion Nova!
When you return your Fashion Nova items using the Online Returns Portal, you will receive a tracking number with your return label. Once the package has shipped, you can input your tracking number at https://fashionnova.shipment.co/track to see exactly when Fashion Nova receives your return!
If you do not have access to your tracking number, no worries! You can find the tracking information by accessing the returns portal and entering the Order Number for the return in question.
Please keep in mind that all returns have a processing time of 5-7 business days from when the package is received at our Distribution Center.

Should you choose to return, Fashion Nova does not provide pre-paid return labels and you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs. In addition, any customers purchasing outside of the U.S. will be unable to use our Online Returns Portal. Instead, please follow the instructions below to return in accordance with our full Online Returns Policy.

You may print this return form and include this with the item(s) you would like to return. Your return form must be accurately filled out and include your order number to ensure immediate processing.

Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several weeks to reach us if returning from an international location. Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once it is delivered to our Distribution Center. Once your return is fully processed, we will issue you store credit in the form of a Fashion Nova E-Gift Card for use on a future purchase. E-Gift Cards never expire, and are redeemable right away!
Helpful Hint: Fashion Nova is not responsible for returns until they reach our Distribution Center in Los Angeles, CA. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Fashion Nova will not issue store credit for your returns.

- Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
- Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
- Bodysuits, swimwear, and undergarments are non-returnable.
- Beauty products, cosmetics, and accessories are non-returnable.
- All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code.
- A 50% restocking fee may be applied to Final Sale or stale items returned.
- Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered.
- We do not provide pre-paid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 business days of delivery. Please fill out the Online Return Assistance Form for assistance before returning.
- All returns must include a return request form or packing slip. If you do not have a return request form, you may download and print the form here.
- Return packages must include a return request form OR packing slip. If these are not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.
- When sending back items from multiple orders, please fill out a return form or packing slip from each order returned.
- Return drop-offs are not accepted at our Distribution Center or corporate office.

How do I use the Online Returns Portal?
U.S. Domestic: To return your items using our Online Returns Portal, follow the steps below!
1. Go to the Online Returns Portal- If you don’t enter the correct email address or Order Number, you won’t be able to use the Returns Portal to return your Fashion Nova items. (Need help? Email info@fashionnova.com for assistance!)
3. Start Your Return - Select the items you wish to return from the order, as well as the reason(s) for why you are returning.
4. Return Confirmation - Confirm the return items selected, as well as your Shipping Address.
5. Pay Options - Enter your email address for confirmation and your payment method details to pay for your return shipping label.
6. Print Your Return Label - Once payment is confirmed, you can easily print your return label. Read and follow the instructions provided for shipping.
7. Get Your Package Ready - Please ensure your items are sent back in accordance with our Online Returns Policy when returning. Add your items with tags and original packaging to the package along with your packing slip and tape your package securely. You may use the original package your item(s) came in, or purchase a new one from USPS.
Attach the printed return label to your package, and you're all set! Please note: when reusing your original package to return, make sure to remove or cover the original shipping label and attach your new return label to the package.
8. Ship Your Return Package - To ship your package via USPS:
- Provide your package to your USPS delivery courier.
- Schedule a pickup with USPS by clicking here.
- Drop it off at your nearest Post Office. To look for a convenient Post Office, click here.
Please allow 5-7 business days after your package is received at our Distribution Center for return processing. You will receive a notification when your return has been processed by our Returns Department. Store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code will be sent to the email on file for the order in question once your return is fully processed.

Currently, we only offer a flat-rate return shipping service via USPS which is available for purchase through the Online Returns Portal for U.S. Domestic Customers only.

How long does the returns process take?
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to our Distribution Center. Depending on the shipping method and carrier that was selected to return, your return package may take several days to reach us. Please hold on to your return tracking number for your records.
Once your return has been processed, you will be issued store credit in the form of a Fashion Nova E-Gift Card. The E-Gift Card will be sent to the email used to purchase your order.
During holidays and times of high volume, returns are subject to delays. If you are still waiting to receive store credit for your return, please send an email to info@fashionnova.com with your Order Number and the name of the item(s) returned along with one of the following:
- Proof of postage/return postage receipt
- A return tracking number
- An RMA number (*if the Online Returns Portal was used to return)
Note: If you returned using the Online Returns Portal, you may track your return status by accessing the returns portal and entering in the Order Number for the return in question.
Can I exchange an item?
Presently, we are unable to accommodate exchanges by mail. Instead, we welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Easy Returns policy and repurchase the item(s) in your desired size or style once your store credit is issued.

In addition, we do not accommodate exchanges for purchases made in-store as we cannot guarantee the item purchased will be in-stock in the size or style desired. We currently only offer store credit for returns made in-store. In-store credit is not transferable and can only be used at one of our store locations.
Note: Fashion Nova Men's clothing cannot be returned in stores. Fashion Nova men's clothing must be returned by mail.
